Dr. Faruk Razzak

Faruk Razzak, DO is a Long Island-based pain management physician at Mirza Orthopedics. Dr. Razzak graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and received his doctorate from Stony Brook University in 2009.  He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Elective focus on Spine Disorders. 

 

Faruk Razzak, DO has a focus on pain management, specifically disorders that affect the spine. He currently serves as our outpatient physician for Spine sports injury and pain management. He is well versed in the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar, Cervical, and Thoracic spine injuries.
