I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. John first who is awesome and the sweet Thomas and last but certainly not least my pickle buddy Dr. J. I met him on the day of my surgery and he was so welcoming. We bonded over pickles. If anyone needs to get surgery I hope they see him and if they are so unfortunate not to get Dr. J or John, Thomas or any of his amazing staff I pray they receive half as decent an encounter as I did. Very thorough and competent Dr. (Guillen); I’ve been to many orthopedic doctors over the years and he has a good bedside manner…takes his time and is very engaging. He doesn’t appear to be quick to suggest surgery but explained different ways to approach my injury (including surgery). He gave me things to consider that would help me to determine when the time would be appropriate for that direction. I would definitely send a friend or family member to him for a consultation.

Dr. Mirza did my meniscus surgery two weeks ago and I’m already feeling 100% back to normal. I went for my first PT appointment yesterday and was told my knee is very strong and I should be done with PT in less than a month. I had my other knee done by a different doctor 3yrs ago and the difference is night and day. Dr. Mirza is also very easy to talk to and genuinely cares. Highly recommend.
